Answer: AskDonkey is not a Relocation Company or Furniture Mover. AskDonkey is an Independent leads generator that strives to provide quality leads to Relocation Companies across South Africa. Anyone in need of a furniture removal quote can use this service, be it local, long distance, office relocations or clients moving house.

Q: How do I become a Relocation Partner?
Answer: Simply go to the page List Your Moving Company, complete your company’s details and submit. We will forward all the relevant information pertaining to cost per lead, membership fees, payment options, etc, as well as our Agreement Form to you immediately.

Q: I don’t want to pay per lead. Can I pay a fixed amount per month?
Answer: No. Because the amount of requests fluctuates from month to month, we believe that paying per lead rather than a fixed amount per month gives you a better return. In so doing you will pay for what you receive. Please however feel free to contact us for more information.

Q: How will AskDonkey Removals advertise my business on the website?
Answer: We have dedicated profile pages for all Furniture Movers listed on AskDonkey, where we will place your company’s logo, together with a description of services offered by your company, in your own words or as per your website.

Q: How many leads will I receive per month?
Answer: This fluctuates from month to month. It will depend on how many areas / provinces you have selected, the time of year (holiday periods might be quiet), etc.

Q: When and where do I receive the leads?
Answer: All leads are sent directly to your nominated e-mail address. This happens instantly once the client has submitted their information.

Q: Do I pay for leads received not relating to Furniture Removal (i.e. household and / office)?
Answer: No. All such leads can be returned to us within 5 working days. We will handle these claims at our own discretion and will inform you accordingly. All our contact details are listed under the Contact Us page.

Q: What about leads with incorrect contact details or fake leads?
Answer: Leads where none of the contact details supplied are correct can also be returned to us and we will handle these at our own discretion. Should we find that fake details have been supplied, your claim will be accepted and your account will be credited accordingly.  Please inform us within 5 working days.

Q: What if I receive the same lead twice?
Answer: Duplicated leads can also be returned to us within 5 working days, upon which your account will be credited. Most duplicated leads are picked up automatically by the system and will have the same lead reference number. Should this not be the case, please return the lead indicating both reference numbers.

Q: Am I bound by a contract period?
Answer: No. You may cancel the agreement at any time by giving three (3) days written notice. Once we receive your cancellation request we will confirm receipt thereof. Should you not receive confirmation from us within 24 hours, please contact us.
